American Saddlebred Museum at the Kentucky Horse PArk:
The American Saddlebred Museum is open to the public Wednesday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission fees will be: Museum members, free; Adults, $12; Child, $6; Senior, $10; Military with ID, $6. Admission includes entrance to the Kentucky Horse Park.

Georgetown/Scott County Museum:
The Georgetown-Scott County Museum reopened the public on Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

GSC Parks facilities will implement the following:
Hours of operation: Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM ;Sunday: Noon – 6:00 PM
• Fitness classes, aquatic fitness classes, and recreational swim will resume in person
• Child care will be open Monday, December 14, 2020.
• We will continue to do temperature checks when you enter the facility.
• Mask are must be worn AT ALL times while present in the facility.

Kentucky Horse Park:

The Kentucky Horse Park opens for its Main Season March 31 and will be open Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-5pm. (Closed Mondays & Tuesdays)

During the main season guests enjoy a scenic horse-drawn trolley tour and live equine presentations that includes the Hall of Champions Show, Parade of Breeds, Draft Horse Demonstration, and the Kentucky Derby Winner Nightcap.

Horseback riding will be available Monday through Sunday. Wednesday-Sunday: Reserve at Visitor Center on the day of your visit; Monday-Tuesday: No walk-ups. Reserve your ride at the Visitor Center Wednesday-Sunday. Load Times: 12:15 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:45 PM

Due to public health restrictions, the reopening of the Horse Park will not include Alltech Arena. The Iron Works Café will remain closed. Grab and go food items will be available in the park’s gift shop.

Old Friends tours have been modified to comply with Commonwealth of Kentucky public health safety COVID-19 guidelines. We offer socially distanced, outdoor guided tour experiences. At this time, Old Friends CANNOT accommodate children under 10. Reservations are now REQUIRED.

General Guided Tours Thurs-Sun at 10am and 1pm
Your tour guide will lead a 1½ hour walking tour You will meet 10-15 retirees including 1997 Kentucky Derby winner Silver Charm.

Speed 5/50 Guided Tour Thurs-Sun at 2pm
Have limited time? Give us 50 minutes and you’ll meet five millionaires plus a full brother to a Kentucky Derby winner. Please note: Silver Charm is not on this tour.
- Tour cost $15.00 per person.

Founder’s Tour with Michael Blowen Fridays & Sundays at 12:00pm
Old Friends founder Michael Blowen leads your 1½ hour tour, introducing you to 10-15 Old Friends residents including 1997 Kentucky Derby winner Silver Charm.
- Tour cost $75.00 per person.
