Reconstructed as a working fort complete with cabins, blockhouses and furnishings, Fort Boonesborough is a history lesson about Kentucky pioneers. Stroll among the cabins and visit with resident artisans demonstrating various pioneer crafts—spinning, weaving, candle making, blacksmithing, gunsmithing, woodworking—and browse the handmade pioneer items in the gift shop.
